Went to get my 2500 GMC truck washed. They ran it through the wash and then it sat there for at least 30 minutes before anyone started on it. Needless to say it now had water spots. I counted 13 cars washed and waiting for drying and only 5 workers. When I finally got the truck it looked ok but when I returned home I looked at the roof anf they never even touched it with a towel. It was full of water spots. I ended up going over the whole truck with a damp micro fiber towel and a dry one to do the job right. And this was the Executive job I paid for. On top of all that, the oil bay guys were screaming and whoop'in it up. Very loud and un-proffesional. I'm all for having a good time at work, but geez, this was a little much. I would never get my oil changed there and unless every other car wash within 50 miles of me closes, I won't be getting my cars washed there anymore either. Owner needs to show up and see what's going on there (unless they already know and don't care.
